​We are committed to ensuring the safety of all children who use our facilities and we will ascertain to the best of our ability the genuineness of all organisations who hire our hall.​

We have therefore tailored our booking form to include declarations by these organisations of their possession of appropriate certificates in respect of child protection.​

Bookings by members of the public will be approved on an individual basis, by personal recommendation or references.​

Any member of this charity who suspects any sign of abuse by these organisations/individuals will report it to Social services immediately.
